# The Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations increase the fee for a permit granted under section 19 of the Transport Act 1985 in respect of the use of a large bus from £17 to £19 (an increase of 11.8%) and in respect of the use of a small bus from £9 to £10 (an increase of 11.1%). The fees were last increased on 1st October 2004.
