Explanatory note

These Regulations increase the fee for a permit granted under section 19 of the Transport Act 1985 in respect of the use of a large bus from £19 to £20 (an increase of 5.3%) and in respect of the use of a small bus from £10 to £11 (an increase of 10%). The fees were last increased on 30th September 2005.
