Article 2 Increase of Ministerial salaries

For the annual amount, or the maximum or minimum annual amount, of salary specified in Parts I, II, III and IV of Schedule 1 to the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975 (“the 1975 Act”) in relation to each of the offices specified in the first column of Schedule 1 to this Order there shall be substituted the amount, or the maximum or minimum amount, specified in relation to that office—

(a)

in the second column of that Schedule, for the interim period, and

(b)

in the third column of that Schedule, thereafter.
