  "text": "PARLIAMENT\nMade 31st October 2001\nComing into force 1st November 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 31st day of October 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1B(1) and (3)(b) of the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
