# The Mink (Keeping) (Amendment) Regulations 1982, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 23rd December 1982
Coming into Operation 1st January 1983
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932 and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby make the following regulations:—
