  "text": "These regulations further amend the Mink (Keeping) Regulations 1975 by:—\n(1) increasing the fee for a licence to keep mink from £35 to £58 with effect from 1st January 1983; and\n(2) permitting enclosures and buildings in which mink are kept to be bounded by a guard fence consisting of welded mesh of a stipulated size as an alternative to a guard fence consisting of wire netting as originally required by the 1975 Regulations.",
