# The Mink (Keeping) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 21st December 1987
Coming into force 1st January 1988
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932 and now vested in them and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with section 2(c) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:
