  "text": "(1) No inflammable material shall be used in the construction of any room or compartment containing electrical apparatus below ground in any mine, or inside any such room or compartment in proximity to such apparatus, unless the apparatus is so constructed, protected and worked as to obviate the risk of fire.\n(2) No oil or other inflammable material shall be stored in any place below ground containing electrical apparatus.",
