# Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011, Section 28: Application of provisions of Part 3 to pastoral church buildings schemes

Extent: E

Sections 12, 14, 15 and 16 shall apply in relation to pastoral church buildings schemes as they apply to pastoral schemes which are not pastoral church buildings schemes; and for that purpose, a reference in section 12 or Schedule 2 to a notice under section 11(2) includes a reference to a notice under section 26(2).
