Article 2 Amendment of the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 2001

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 2001^f1, after “Etryptamine” insert “Fungus (of any kind) which contains psilocin or an ester of psilocin”.
