# Mobile Homes Act 1975, Section 9: Interpretation.


(1) In this Act the following expressions have the following meanings, that is to say—
“theAct of 1960” means the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960;
“theAct of 1968” means the Caravan Sites Act 1968;
