# Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 6


Subject to paragraph 14, a site is not a regulated site if the use of the site is under the supervision of an exempted organisation and is in pursuance of arrangements made by that organisation for a meeting for its members lasting not more than 5 days.
