# Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013, Paragraph 1


An application for a site licence under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 in respect of a regulated site which has been made to, but not determined by, a local authority before Part 2 comes into force is to treated after the coming into force of that Part as an application to the local authority for a site licence under that Part in respect of the regulated site.
