  "text": "(1) A person who—\n(a) makes a false or misleading declaration or other statement under this Part knowing or believing it to be false or misleading, or\n(b) provides false or misleading information under this Part knowing or believing it to be false or misleading,\ncommits an offence.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.",
