  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Written Statement) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st September 2013.\n(2) These Regulations apply in relation to any written statement given on or after 1st September 2013 with respect to an agreement to which the 1983 Act applies in Scotland.",
