Paragraph 10 Unfair terms
If you consider that any of the express terms of the proposed agreement (as set out in Part 5 of this statement) are unfair, you can, in accordance with the provisions of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999f1, complain to the Office of Fair Trading or any qualifying bodyf2.
