Paragraph 4 Right to challenge
If you enter into the agreement and subsequently become dissatisfied with the express terms of the agreement you can challenge them as explained in paragraph 5. But you must do so within six months of the date on which you enter into the agreement or the date you received the written statement, whichever is the later. If you wish to challenge your agreement, you may wish to consult a solicitor or citizens' advice bureau.
