  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Mobile Homes (Written Statement) (Wales) Regulations 2014 and they come into force on 1 October 2014.\n(2) These Regulations apply in relation to any written statement given on or after 1 October 2014 with respect to an agreement—\n(a) for the stationing of a mobile home on a protected site in Wales, and\n(b) to which Part 4 of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013 will apply.",
