SOCIAL SECURITY

Coming into force 11th April 1990

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by section 37A(2), of, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 1975^f1, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it^f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
