# Modern Slavery Act 2015, Paragraph 8A

Extent: E+W

(1) An offence under section 1 or 4 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015 (human trafficking; slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour).
(2) An offence aggravated by a connection with human trafficking activity in accordance with section 5 of that Act (general aggravation of offence).
