  "text": "(1) This Part of this Schedule sets out the powers exercisable by English and Welsh constables and enforcement officers under sections 35 and 38(1).\n(2) In this Part of this Schedule—\n“items subject to legal privilege” has the same meaning as in the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (see section 10 of that Act);\n“the ship” means the ship in relation to which the powers set out in this Part of this Schedule are exercised.",
