# Modern Slavery Act 2015, Paragraph 31


An offence under any of the following provisions of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001—
section 47 (use of nuclear weapons)
section 50 (assisting or inducing certain weapons-related acts overseas)
section 67 (security of pathogens and toxins)
section 79 (disclosures relating to nuclear security)
section 113 (use of noxious substance or thing to cause harm or intimidate).
