# Modern Slavery Act 2015, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Administration of Justice Act 1970 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 41(8) (enforcement of orders for compensation etc) for “or 13A” substitute “ , 12B or 12C ”.
(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 9 (enforcement of orders for compensation etc) after paragraph 12B insert—
“12C Where under section 8 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 a court makes a slavery and trafficking reparation order.”
