# Modern Slavery Act 2015, Paragraph 9


(1) The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit sections 109 and 110.
(3) In Schedule 9, omit paragraphs 136, 138, 140(2) and (3) and 141.
