  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (criminal lifestyle offences in England and Wales) is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph 3 insert—\n“Slavery etc\n3A An offence under section 1 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour).”\n(3) In paragraph 4 (people trafficking)—\n(a) omit sub-paragraphs (2) and (3);\n(b) at the end insert—\n“(4) An offence under section 2 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (human trafficking).”",
