  "text": "Works within the Order limits which fall within the scope of the work assessed by the environmental statement comprising –\n(a) intrusive ground investigations including the making of boreholes and trial pits;\n(b) temporary landing places, moorings or other means of accommodating vessels in the construction and/or maintenance of the authorised development;\n(c) marking buoys, beacons, fenders and other navigational warning or ship impact protection works; and\n(d) works to the benefit or protection of land, watercourses or structures affected by the authorised development.",
