  "text": "Any land landward of MLW which is used temporarily for construction of the onshore works and not ultimately incorporated in permanent works or approved landscaping or ecological works must be reinstated within 12 months of completion of the relevant stage of the onshore works in accordance with such details as have been submitted to and approved pursuant to Requirements 7, 9, and 12 in respect of reinstatement, unless alternative details in relation to that land are agreed in writing by the relevant planning authority.",
