  "text": "(1) A written scheme of decommissioning for the onshore works must be submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority at least six months prior to any decommissioning works commencing.\n(2) The written scheme of decommissioning for the onshore works must include a code of construction practice.\n(3) The approved written scheme of decommissioning must be implemented as approved in the carrying out of any decommissioning works or relevant part of such works.",
