  "text": "Financial Services\nMade 19th December 2019\nLaid before Parliament 20th December 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Treasury are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act, paragraph 5 of Schedule 3A to the Terrorism Act 2000 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, make the following Regulations.",
