  "long_title": "The Monkseaton Community High School (Procedures) Order 2006 enables the governing body of the Monkseaton Community High School to hold meetings otherwise than in accordance with regulation 12(2) of the School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003, as amended, by relaxing the requirements for all governors to be physically present at such meetings. The Monkseaton Community High School (Procedures) Order 2006 has effect until 11th May 2009. Article 2 of this Order extends the Monkseaton Community High School (Procedures) Order 2006 so that it has effect until 7th May 2012.",
