  "long_title": "The School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003, as amended (“the Regulations”), provide that every question to be decided at a meeting of the governing body must be determined by a majority of the votes of the governors present and voting on the question (regulation 12(2) of the Regulations). This Order enables the governing body of the Monkseaton Community High School to hold meetings otherwise than in accordance with regulation 12(2) by relaxing the requirement for all governors to be physically present at such meetings.",
