# The Monkseaton Community High School (Governing Body Procedures) Order 2006, Article 2: Relaxation and modification


Regulation 12(2) of the School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003 shall, in respect of the meetings of the governing body of the Monkseaton Community High School, apply to the governing body as if the words “present and” were omitted.
