# The Monmouthshire (Communities) Order 2021, Article 253: New community councils — residuary successors

Extent: E+W

For the purposes of any provision of the Regulations which refers to the residuary successor of a dissolved authority—
(a) in relation to the existing community councils of Llangwm and Llantrisant Fawr, the council of the new community of Llantrisant Fawr is specified as the residuary successor;
(b) in relation to the existing community councils of Llangybi and Llanhennock, the council of the new community of Llangybi is specified as the residuary successor.
