# The Monopoly References (Deletion of Exclusions) Order 1998, Article 2


In Part II of Schedule 7 to the Fair Trading Act 1973 (goods and services partly excluded from section 50), the entries in–
(a) paragraph 9 (liquid cows' milk), and
(b) paragraph 12 (potatoes),
are deleted.
