# The Montrose Harbour Revision Order 1991, Article 14: Provision of vessels and towage services


The Authority may construct, purchase, contract for or hire, and may maintain and use, vessels required by the Authority for carrying out their functions, including tugs for the use and accommodation of vessels, and may sell or dispose of any such vessels.
