HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES

The Secretary of State for Transport (being the appropriate Minister for the purposes of section 14(7) of the Harbours Act 1964^f1), in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of that Act and now vested in him^f2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of the Trustees of the Harbour of Montrose, hereby makes the following Order:
