Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Montrose Harbour Revision Order 2026 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2)

The Montrose Port Orders 1894 to 2003 and this Order may be cited together as the Montrose Port Orders 1894 to 2026.
