# The Montrose Harbour Revision Order 2026, Article 36: Charges other than ship, passenger and goods dues


In addition to its power to demand, take and recover ship, passenger and goods dues under section 26 of the 1964 Act, the Authority may demand, take and recover in respect of any vessel, dracone or floating dock, crane, rig, drilling rig, floating plant, or any other manufactured floating article which is not a ship as defined by section 57 of the 1964 Act, entering, using, within or leaving the port such reasonable charges, including in relation to goods or passengers carried, as it thinks fit, and sections 30 and 31 of that Act shall with any necessary modifications apply to the charges authorised by this article as they apply to ship, passenger and goods dues.
