# The Montrose Harbour Revision Order 2026, Article 37: Charges for services and facilities


(1) The Authority may demand, take and recover such reasonable charges for services and facilities provided by it, or on its behalf, in relation to the port or in connection with the port undertaking as it may from time to time determine.
(2) In paragraph (1) “charges” does not include ship, passenger and goods dues as defined by section 57 of the 1964 Act.
