# The Montrose Harbour Revision Order 2026, Article 43: Refusal to pay charges for a landing place, etc.


An officer of the Authority may prevent a vessel from using a landing place or any other facilities provided by the Authority, if the master of the vessel refuses to pay the charges for such use.
