  "text": "(1) The 2003 Order is amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 2 (incidental provisions relating to Authority) in paragraph 9 (meetings of Authority)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) The Authority shall meet at least nine times per annum with no more than one meeting occurring in any calendar month.”, and\n(b) after sub-paragraph (2) insert—\n“(3) In addition to the meetings held in accordance with sub-paragraph (2), the Authority may hold such additional meetings as it considers necessary.”.",
