  "text": "The limits within which the Trustees shall have jurisdiction for thepurposes of pilotage under Part 1 of the Pilotage Act 1987 shall include(in addition to the harbour) the area to the east of the existingharbour, shaded pink on the signed plan, and bounded by a straight linefrom the eastern extremity of the level of high water from Scurdie NessLighthouse for a distance of 1450 metres or thereabouts to a pointlatitude 56°42\"09'N longitude 02°24\"58'Wintersecting an arc of 1210 metres radius from Scurdie Ness Lighthouseand then in an arc of 1210 metres radius from Scurdie Ness Lighthouse toa point latitude 56°42\"28'N longitude 02°25\"12'Wthen in a straight line in a west-south-westerly direction for adistance of 1230 metres or thereabouts to a position latitude56°42\"19.2'N longitude 02°26\"20.9'W.",
