# The Montrose (Pilotage) Harbour Revision Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES
Made 4th April 1990
Laid before Parliament 7th March 1991
Coming into force 1st May 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powersconferred on him by section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964, and now vested in himand of all powers enabling him in that behalf and on theapplication of the Trustees of the harbour of Montrose in accordancewith section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 1987, hereby makes the following Order:—
