# The Montserrat Constitution Order 1989, Paragraph 20: Summoning of persons to Executive Council.


The Governor, acting in his discretion, may summon any public officer to a meeting of the Executive Council whenever, in his opinion, the business before the Council renders the presence of that officer desirable.
