# The Montserrat Constitution Order 1989, Paragraph 51: Privileges etc. of Legislative Council.


The Legislature may by law determine and regulate the privileges, immunities and powers of the Legislative Council and the members thereof, but no such privileges, immunities or powers shall exceed those of the Commons' House of Parliament of the United Kingdom or of the members thereof.
