  "heading": "Power to maintain the authorised project",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the undertaker may at any time maintain the authorised project, except to the extent that this Order or an agreement made under this Order provides otherwise.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not relieve the undertaker of any requirement to obtain any further licence under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensable activities not authorised by licence 1 or licence 2.",
