  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order grants development consent for, and authorises the construction, operation and maintenance of an offshore wind farm generating station located approximately 36km from the North-West coast of England, together with associated development. This Order imposes requirements in connection with the development.\nA copy of the plans referred to in this Order and certified in accordance with article 11 (certification of plans, etc.) may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 8XJ.",
