  "text": "The substances and objects authorised for deposit at sea are—\n(a) iron, steel, copper and aluminium;\n(b) stone and rock;\n(c) concrete and grout;\n(d) sand and gravel;\n(e) plastic and synthetic;\n(f) material extracted from within the Order limits during construction drilling or seabed preparation for foundation works and cable sandwave preparation works; and\n(g) marine coatings, other chemicals and timber.",
