# The Morlais Demonstration Zone Order 2021, Article 37: Disapplication of legislative provisions


(1) The provisions of section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 do not apply in relation to the authorised works.
(2) The provisions of section 23 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 do not apply in relation to the authorised works.
