# The Morlais Demonstration Zone Order 2021, Paragraph 11


The provisions of this Part have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Network Rail and, where paragraph 15 applies, any other person on whom rights or obligations are conferred by that paragraph.
